As you come to nominate and recommend please take a few moments and look over the qualifications for elders, deacons, and deaconesses. As you do so pray for wisdom, discernment and for God's work among us to raise up officers and leaders at Redeemer. We would ask that before you nominate you talk with the person/people you nominate. It's often encouraging when others see gifts and tell us about it.
